MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have an important role in supporting the local economy in the South Bogor area. However, the main challenge that is often faced is the limitation in managing consumer needs data effectively. This community service activity aims to provide guidance to MSMEs so that they are able to understand, collect, and analyze consumer needs data so that they can increase their competitiveness. This program involves direct training, assistance in the use of simple technology, and consumer data management simulations. The results of the activity show that MSME actors are starting to be able to implement more structured consumer data management and are able to utilize this information to design more targeted marketing strategies.
